1. Log into the website. You will be at the dashboard. Start at the first way#listofallusers
2. There are 2 ways to open an existing post for editing.
A. From the Dashboard:
- Click on My General on the Dashboard to bring up the list of posts.
- Search for the post you want to edit.
- Either Double-Click on the title of the post, or click on ‘Edit’ from the menu that appears under the post title when your mouse hovers over it.

B. From the Front End (while logged into website)
- Hold the mouse over the name of the site, then click on Visit Site

- Go to the post using the menus, etc. the same way a visitor would
- Click on ‘Edit General’ on the black bar at the very top of the screen.

You will now be at the editing screen.
3. Click on the 3 horizontal lines on the top left of the screen. That will open the Document Overview area in the left side of the screen. There are types of Views – List View and Outline. The default is List View.

Each item down the Overview represents a block on your post in the same order as in the post.
The List View will look something like this.

4. If you click on a paragraph, image, etc. on the page, the corresponding List View Paragraph will be selected. If you click on a block (paragraph, image, etc.) in the List View, the corresponding block on the page will be selected. Once selected, a floating toolbar will appear with some basic editing capabilities.

To add a block under the paragraph that reads, ‘Search for the post you want to edit’:
5. Click on the paragraph to select it.
6. Then either click on the 3 vertical dots to on the right side of the List View selection or click on the 3 vertical dots at the right of the floating toolbar. Either way, there will be a drop down with the option to ‘Add After’
7. Click on Add After.


8. A new Paragraph will be inserted after the selected paragraph. If your goal was to add a paragraph, you could just start typing.
